I am Jennifer Ramirez, Job Developer for the Illinois Community Health Association. One of my responsibilities is to assist our CHW participants enter the workforce with all of the necessary tools to succeed. I previously managed CHW programs at a non-profit for a few years. I greatly enjoy being able to interact with new and current community health workers that are doing amazing things in their respective fields. During my time outside of work I love to spend time with my family and doing arts and crafts.
