With over 13 years of experience as a Community Health Worker, Nancy has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through health education, advocacy, and access to essential health resources. Her work has focused on building trust within communities, improving health outcomes, and connecting people to resources.
In addition to public health experience, she serves as ILCHWAs Events and Communications, where Nancy coordinates meet and greets, CHWs ILCHWA Summits and promotes organizational initiatives. She brings skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating that align with our mission.
