Ms. Leticia Boughton Price has been dedicated to enhancing and improving the lives of youth and families for over 20 years.  Currently the Training and Advocacy Coordinator with the Healthcare Consortium of Illinois (HCI), Leticia has worked for HCI in numerous capacities.  She has worked as an enrollment specialist scheduling health screenings for DCFS children, HR coordinator being the liaison between the organization and employees, an Executive Assistant, coordinating all functions in the executive office, Program Coordinator of Workforce Development assisting people who receive public assistance get the training and resources needed to transition from welfare-to-work, just to name a few.

Outside of her experience with HCI, Leticia has gained valuable experience working with a team mentoring program preparing and exposing middle school youth to careers and higher education, an AmeriCorps volunteer serving as a member of the Chicago Health Corps providing asthma and diabetes education to youth and families throughout Chicago and currently, as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Community Health Workers Local Network, she works to support, educate, train and advance the certification process in Illinois for Community Health Workers (CHW’s) and the President of the Illinois Community Health Workers Association (ILCHWA). Leticia has proven to be a dependable, hard working and passionate person dedicated to enhancing and improving the lives of youth and families throughout Illinois.
